Youth Action for Community Transformation Organization (YAFCT-SS) is a youth-led, non-profit and non-political organisation registered in South Sudan in 2024.
Our work is shaped by the experiences and priorities of people affected by crisis, exclusion and inequality. We centre youth, women, girls, boys, men and persons with disabilities as partners in community transformation.
